Blue Tower
It is located within the Al Mousa-First Planned area approved under No (2/87) at the center of Khobar City. The project is surrounded by: Al- Qusibi Hotel at the north side, Merdian Hotel on the north west side on the coastal road of Dammam – Khobar. It is a commercial center with offices and residential units. It consists of 8 floors + two Mizan floors. the total area is about 5464 m2.
